OfficeOverflow.ca provides a quick, convenient transcription service with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.

OfficeOverflow.ca takes the following steps to ensure confidentiality:

• All of our transcribers and translators sign a binding non-disclosure confidentiality agreement
• Every file we deal with is identified by file numbers only
• All files are deleted from computers immediately upon completion and receipt of final payment
• OfficeOverflow.ca agrees to participate fully in confidentiality agreements required by your organization

We accept handwritten/typewritten original materials that will be treated with confidentiality.  We do not keep any client documents, audio or video files. All files will be returned in their entirety in the form they were provided to us.

We suggest you make backup copies of files before you send them in case they are damaged during shipping.  We prefer to use the original recording when transcribing or translating.

We are not responsible for anything sent to us via regular or non-traceable mail.
